Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2+ years of safety/environmental experience, and knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations; CSP is preferred and travel is limited.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in safety/environmental field.
• Bachelor’s degree in OH&S, Environmental Eng, IH, Business or related field required.
• Experience with OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and EPA 40 CFR regulations.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization; limited travel.

Responsabilidades

• Assist safety and environmental management with regulatory compliance.
• Conduct safety and environmental audits.
• Maintain safety records and regulatory programs (lockout/tagout, hazard comm, etc.).
• Coordinate disposal of hazardous waste and regulated materials.
• Inspect fire extinguishers and safety stations; develop inspection checklists.
• Conduct contractor orientation classes.
