Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or equivalent hours in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Business, or related field.
• One year of experience in safety/environmental roles, preferably in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety programs in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to communicate at all levels and work in a team.

Aufgaben

• Coach employees on proper work methods and practices.
• Conduct facility safety audits and drive corrective actions with management.
• Perform safety walks with the management team.
• Advise on methods to minimize safety risks and improve workplace safety.
• Lead the accident investigation process.
• Intervene in unsafe activities or operations.
• Assist with LOTO reviews and incident reporting.
• Attend employee safety talks and monitor compliance with safety standards.
