Qualifications

• 1-3 years relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Strong verbal presentation and facilitation skills.
• Understanding of Worker's Compensation and Return to Work process.
• Current or willingness to obtain safety certifications and designations.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety compliance across the manufacturing facility by ensuring teams follow rules, procedures and best practices.
• Inspect facility, identify hazards, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions with shop leadership.
• Develop and maintain shop-specific safety programs, manuals, standards, procedures, and training matrices.
• Lead safety orientations and training, including LOTO, industrial hygiene, and machine guarding.
• Investigate incidents, manage claims and clinic visits, maintain regulatory records.
• Support prevention and compliance through safe work practices, PPE and OSHA controls.
