Job summary

Georgia-Pacific Toledo is seeking a Business Risk Leader to oversee compliance, economics, forecasting, and maintenance risk through the Asset Management Work Process. You will align mill leadership with goals and serve as the AMWP subject matter expert while advancing reliability and cost discipline.

You will mentor Gatekeepers, develop spend plans, use dashboards, and lead cross-functional collaboration to reduce waste, improve safety performance, and optimize spend across the facility.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience working within a manufacturing operation.
• Experience using a CMMS (computerized maintenance management system).

Responsibilities

• Manage the Business Risk position—compliance, economics, forecasting, and operations—through AMWP to align leadership with mill goals.
• Support continuous improvement toward zero serious injuries and fatalities (SIFs) and zero Process Safety incidents.
• Build and sustain expert knowledge of all critical AMWP roles as site SME.
• Mentor Gatekeepers in AMWP standards, including spend-plan development and execution.
• Develop a business mindset across the mill using the DMF.
• Advance PBM culture across maintenance through discussions and partnerships.
• Support the facility vision and Key Bet initiatives for reliability, MRO, spend, and waste reduction.
• Validate cadence of AMWP and SAP/PTM security-profile changes.
• Facilitate and train Georgia-Pacific Representatives and Gatekeepers on contract management.
• Use AMWP dashboards and reports to drive process improvement and gap closure.
