Job summary
SOPREMA is seeking a Maintenance Leadership professional to drive reliability across production and facility systems in Ennis, TX. You will lead a diverse team, implement preventive/predictive maintenance, and ensure safe, compliant operations with strong focus on continuous improvement.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance leadership, with expertise in PLCs, PM programs, and CMMS data management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (or equivalent).
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of production, utilities, and facility systems.
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs and coordinate planning and scheduling.
- Supervise, develop, and mentor the maintenance team and ensure training/certifications.
- Lead safety initiatives, perform audits, and address incidents promptly.
- Manage CMMS data, spare parts, inventory, and service contracts.
- Track KPIs and drive reliability and continuous improvement.
- Support capital projects and improvements with cross-functional teams.
