Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or relevant experience in Facilities.
• 5+ years leading a team and talent management.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve mechanical and electrical problems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines amidst changing requirements.
• Knowledge of CMMS; experience with new system implementations preferred.
• Able to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
