Responsibilities
- Monitor metrics like MTBF, MTTR, and overall equipment effectiveness.
- Lead root cause analysis on major breakdowns and chronic issues.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production on improvement projects.
- Support spare parts planning and critical asset tracking.
- Track downtime data to identify repeat problems.
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
