Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) for the McKinney, TX area on a hybrid W2 contract. The TAP will own requisitions, drive sourcing strategies, and partner with clients to meet hiring goals for hourly skilled manufacturing roles such as Electrical and Mechanical Technicians.

The role demands 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to work onsite 1–2 days weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting within manufacturing and skilled trades environments.
• Experience sourcing hard-to-fill manufacturing talent.
• Workday experience (highly preferred).
• Ability and willingness to go onsite to the client in McKinney, TX.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute full-cycle recruitment processes from intake to offer.
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates using data-informed strategies.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and client-specific hiring standards.
• Partner with sourcing and marketing teams to attract niche and high-demand talent.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders; build trusted relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
