Qualifications
- Staffing Agency Experience: Currently or most recently employed at a staffing agency with 2+ years of experience.
- Full-desk recruiting: proven ability to manage both client development and candidate recruitment.
- Performance & revenue accountability: demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding placement goals and revenue targets.
- Relationship nurturing: maintain strong relationships both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
- New Business Development: use top sales skills to bring in and retain clients.
- Recruitment: use our tech stack including Jax ATS to find candidates matching client openings.
- Lead with kindness and respect.
