Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience
• Proven full-desk recruiting capability (clients + candidates)
• Track record of meeting or exceeding placement goals and revenue targets
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients and candidates

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: bring in and retain clients using top-tier sales skills
• Recruitment: use our tech stack including Jax ATS to source candidates matching client needs
• Lead with kindness and respect in all interactions
