Jobot is hiring an Experienced Agency Recruiter to join our remote-first team. Based in the United States, you will develop new business, recruit top talent, and partner with clients across industries using our proprietary tech stack, Jax and AI assistant Jeni.

Qualifications

• Staffing Agency Experience: 2+ years at a staffing agency.
• Full-Desk Recruiting Expertise: manage client development and candidate recruitment.
• Performance & Revenue Accountability: meet or exceed placement goals and revenue targets.
• Relationship nurturing with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: bring in and retain clients.
• Recruitment: using our ATS Jax to find candidates matching client needs.
• Lead with Kindness + Respect.
