Qualifications

• Staffing Agency Experience: Currently or most recently at a staffing agency with 2+ years of experience.
• Full-Desk Recruiting: Proven ability to manage both client development and candidate recruitment.
• Performance & Revenue: Track record of meeting or exceeding placement goals and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Bring in and retain clients with top-tier sales skills.
• Recruitment: Use our tech stack, including Jax ATS, to source candidates matching client needs.
• Lead with Kindness + Respect in all interactions.
