Job summary

The Pivot Group Network in DeWitt, MI is actively seeking Recruiters to connect manufacturing talent with opportunities and help build strong teams. This role targets full-cycle recruitment for production, maintenance, and engineering across West Michigan partner companies.

You will source candidates, manage ATS processes, and collaborate with HR to deliver a positive candidate experience while building a robust talent pipeline for current openings and future needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to recruit for production, engineering, and skilled trades.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and required technical skills.
• Experience with ATS and other recruiting software.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and screen candidates for a variety of manufacturing roles, including production, maintenance, and engineering.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from initial requisition to offer extension and onboarding.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment data.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in manufacturing recruitment.
