Qualifications

Experience with outreach and AI-powered recruiting.
Full-cycle recruiting experience is required.
Understanding of manufacturing workforce challenges.
Ability to work with urgency and manage multiple requisitions.
Strong relationship-building with managers and leadership.
Familiarity with CNC terminology and shop floor roles.
Experience with manufacturing-focused recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

Lead proactive outreach to active and passive candidates via multiple channels.
Use AI recruiting platforms to source, screen, engage, and schedule candidates at scale.
Develop relationships with local schools and community organizations to expand reach.
Partner with managers to understand needs, shift schedules, and candidate profiles.
Coordinate with managers for interview scheduling and pre-employment steps.
Draft and post compelling job postings across multiple platforms.
Review applications daily and move candidates through the process efficiently.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-priority positions.
Develop creative recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
Conduct phone screens to evaluate technical fit and cultural fit.
Provide regular updates on open roles and hiring progress.
