Engauge Workforce Solutions is growing - and we’re looking for a high-impact, highly experienced recruiter to join our team. If you have a proven track record in skilled trades, manufacturing, or distribution recruiting, we want to hear from you.

This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who knows the staffing world inside and out: someone who can own a desk, build pipelines, drive placements, and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

What you’ll do:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing through placement
• Build and manage pipelines using Bullhorn, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other key platforms
• Communicate regularly with associates and clients, aligning expectations and delivering results
• Track performance through KPIs, with an eye toward continuous improvement

What you bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on agency recruiting experience in manufacturing, logistics, or skilled trades
• Strong instincts, great judgment, and a drive to exceed expectations
• Comfort with systems: ATS (Bullhorn), Cloud Based Communication Platform, etc.
