Job summary

A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to enhance their HR team. This remote position requires a proactive individual with at least 5 years of recruitment experience, particularly in manufacturing, to manage the hiring process for U.S. salaried roles and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. Our TorontoJobs.ca client, a well-established and respected manufacturing company, is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join their HR team.

This is a remote position (based in or near Ashland, Virginia) with occasional travel (approximately 10%) to various sites, including training at their international headquarters.

The successful candidate will support hiring for salaried positions across the U.S. and collaborate with internal stakeholders to attract top talent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for salaried positions across the U.S.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
  • Build and maintain a professional network and social media presence.
  • Create compelling job postings and advertisements.
  • Proactively source candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Coordinate with the Talent Attraction team to enhance visibility strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in hiring events and branding initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Proven success recruiting for U.S.-based roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Recruitment module).
  • Fully bilingual in English and French.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
