Job summary

Pioneer Metal Finishing is hiring a Racker for a first shift opportunity (6:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Friday) with occasional Saturdays. Pay starts at $18.00/hour, plus a performance/pay review after 90 days and same-day pay options.

This hands-on general labor role offers growth in a stable, quality-focused manufacturing environment. As a Racker, you will rack, un-rack, and package customer parts, inspect for quality, record production data, and help maintain a clean, safe work area while following

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates welcome — no prior manufacturing experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).
• Ability to effectively utilize language: speaking, reading, and writing.
• Must possess effective verbal and interpersonal communications skills. Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Rack, un-rack, and package customer parts according to work orders.
• Safely handle customer products and tooling to prevent damage.
• Perform visual inspections of parts before processing.

Overview

As a Racker, you will:

This is a hands-on, fast-paced general labor position in a manufacturing environment — perfect for someone dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work.

• Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs
• Exposure to heat, noise, and industrial equipment
• Work around sharp parts, heavy carts, and process lines
