Job summary

Pretium Packaging seeks a Quality Supervisor to translate objectives into a practical quality roadmap and KPIs on the Carrollton, Texas plant floor. You’ll lead root-cause investigations, drive corrective actions, and support external audits in a GMP/CGMP environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity within manufacturing; rigid plastics experience is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish (read, write, speak) is required.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.
• Deep familiarity with GMP/CGMP, BRCGS, FDA-regulated practices, and audit processes.
• Proficiency with cause mapping, RCA, FMEA, SPC, validation, and change control.
• Comfort with ERP software and precision measurement/inspection tools.

• Lead or facilitate root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions to eliminate defects.
• Support internal, customer, and third-party audits; maintain constant audit readiness.
• Develop specifications, risk-based control plans, and validation/verification protocols.
• Implement monitoring systems, apply SPC, and use data analytics to anticipate issues.
• Own key food safety elements: HACCP plans, CCP oversight, documentation, and training.
• Coach, mentor, and schedule quality inspectors/technicians; partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

A nonconformance triggered by a control plan check? You lead the root-cause huddle, align corrective actions, and update validation documents before the next run. By mid-morning, you’re coaching a tech through SPC signals, then joining Operations to fine-tune a startup.
