Vertiv in Novi, MI is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Senior Engineer to drive MES deployments, implement smart torque tools, and push manufacturing automation across multiple facilities.
You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Production, IT, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to enhance quality, traceability, and process consistency while supporting new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Manufacturing Quality SR Engineer is responsible for improving manufacturing quality, process capability, and operational efficiency through the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies and quality systems. This role will lead initiatives focused on Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation, smart torque tool integration, and manufacturing automation to reduce defects, improve traceability, and enhance process consistency. The Quality Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Production, IT, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to develop and implement sustainable quality improvements that support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
