CrossFire Group is seeking a Controls Specialist in Toledo, OH for a 12‑month contract. The MQGR/MQAS/CPG standards framework requires strong audits across manufacturing plants and calibrated internal auditors. You will drive training, read across findings, and ensure process conformity across sites.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross‑functional teams, excellent communication, and proactive action to eliminate non‑conformances and deliver a premier product.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience auditing in a manufacturing environment (assembly, stamping, paint, MQGRs, MQAS, CPGs, CPA, Torque).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong problem solving and project management knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Align standard method with plant quality audit execution.
• Identify training gaps of auditors.
• Organize on‑the‑job training sessions.
• Monitor audit issues and develop QAN network read‑across.
• Improve controls within the plant system for warranty issues.
• Update the Process Audit Checklists and deploy MQGRs/MQAS/CPG standards.
