The role leads the quality management system, drives continuous improvement, and collaborates across Operations, Engineering, and Customer Service to meet internal standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in quality management/QA in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and quality auditing.
• Familiarity with OSHA, RoHS, and industry standards preferred.
• Hands-on ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and align quality systems to global standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QMS policies and work instructions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Customer Service on quality concerns.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports (SCAR, Failure reports, OEM reports).
• Create benchmarks and monitor testing standards.
• Coach and train QC/QA staff and manage day-to-day tasks.
