Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree, associate degree, or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help lead and develop the plant quality team including quality engineers, technicians, and inspectors.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements including ISO-based systems.
• Lead and coordinate quality control resources to support production schedules and operational objectives.
• Oversee inspection, testing, and verification activities to ensure compliance with customer and internal quality requirements.
• Train, mentor, and develop quality personnel to support performance, competency, and career growth.
• Ensure personnel qualifications, certifications, and training records remain current and compliant.
• Review and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, test records, and related compliance documentation.
• Conduct final quality reviews and support internal audits of production and quality processes.
