Job summary

Greenwood Fabricating & Plating is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead our QA team, maintain ISO Quality Systems, and drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting. This is an opportunity to help our growing operation support major customers.

You'll supervise engineers, technicians and inspectors; oversee audits; develop CAPA and RCAs; work cross-functionally with production, engineering and operations; focus on quality culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of manufacturing quality experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO Quality Systems and quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervising Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors.
• Maintaining ISO-compliant quality systems and documentation.
• Leading internal audits and supporting customer audits.
• Driving Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions (CAPA).
• Monitoring quality metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supporting new product launches.
• Working cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Operations.
• Building a culture focused on quality, accountability, and process excellence.
