Job summary

Greenwood Fabricating & Plating, LLC is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead our Quality Assurance team in a busy manufacturing environment. You will oversee quality engineers, technicians, and inspectors while ensuring ISO-compliant systems and robust documentation.

In this role you will drive root cause analysis and CAPA, lead internal audits, support customer audits, and monitor quality metrics as we push continuous improvement and successful new product launches across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of manufacturing quality experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO Quality Systems and quality tools.
• Experience with CAPA, FMEA, PPAP, and control plans.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for developing people and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervising Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors
• Maintaining ISO-compliant quality systems and documentation

• Driving Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions (CAPA)
