• Experience leading quality/production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills.
• Proven ability to implement CAPA and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own product quality and shipment readiness
• Lead QC and assembly teams; set priorities and plan resources
• Manage inspection schedules by status, staffing, and priority
• Drive throughput by improving efficiency and inspection productivity
• Set expectations for quality, safety, productivity and performance
• Develop training plans for inspectors to ensure consistent processes
• Lead CAPA and root-cause actions
• Partner cross-functionally to drive quality improvements
• Maintain procedures and QC equipment
• Other duties as assigned
