Qualifications

• Experience leading an engineering team.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities.
• Proficient with 3D CAD and machine tooling knowledge.

• Develop processes for new product and parts.
• Prepare all necessary tools, fixtures, and equipment on time.
• Improve production productivity.
• Provide work leadership and training to team members as front line supervisor.
• Lead corrective and preventive action planning and implementation.
