Job summary

You will oversee QC/assembly teams, set priorities, plan resources, and drive throughput with effective inspection practices.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory skills, and a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience, preferably with an engineering background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience in manufacturing quality.
• Engineering background preferred; proven analytical experience.
• Experience leading production, assembly, or quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product quality and shipment readiness.
• Lead QC and assembly teams; set priorities and plan resources.
• Manage inspection schedules by status, staffing, and priority.
• Drive throughput by managing efficiency and inspection productivity.
• Set clear expectations for quality, safety, productivity, and performance.
• Coach standard work; give timely feedback and close execution gaps.
• Develop training plans for inspectors to ensure consistent processes.
• Lead CAPA and root-cause actions to prevent issue recurrence.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive quality and process improvements.
• Maintain procedures, QC equipment, and accurate records/timekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned.
