Job summary

Tokyo Electron Limited in Chaska MN seeks a Manufacturing Operations Manager to own factory quality, CAPA management, audit readiness, operator training, and the plant CI program, with authority to stop production for safety and critical quality.

You will collaborate with Quality, Operations and Engineering to drive continuous improvement, report metrics to leadership, and ensure compliance with corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Quality field is required.
• Minimum 5+ years in factory quality in manufacturing; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with CAPA systems, root cause analysis, audits, and regulatory/compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing product quality and compliance per standards.
• Execute and close CAPAs to defined timelines; escalate when needed.
• Exercise stop-work authority for safety and critical quality issues.
• Lead CI activities and manage quality-related initiatives with Teams Leads.
• Support audits and maintain audit readiness.
• Provide quality training and standard work for operators.
