Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
5+ years of manufacturing quality experience.
1+ years in leadership, supervisory, lead auditor, or team leadership.
Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.
Knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and inspection processes.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to support multi-shift manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Manage a single cell or mid complexity level resource coverage for the shop floor.
Ensure compliance with ISO requirements, customer standards, and internal procedures.
Drive audits, corrective actions, and containment processes.
Lead root cause investigations using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and Pareto analysis.
Coordinate with Engineering and Operations to improve process capability.
