Job summary

Mersino Dewatering Incorporated seeks a Quality Control Manager to develop and manage QC processes ensuring the quality of parts, materials, and finished goods. You will investigate customer quality issues, supervise inspections, and drive continuous improvement across the production cycle.

The role requires 2–3 years of QC and supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2-3 years supervisory/management experience.
• 2-3 years experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints relating to quality.
• Supervise quality inspection and testing activities to ensure accuracy and high productivity.
• Generate spreadsheets for data collection and analysis.
• Review statistical data and product specifications to establish quality standards.
• Formulate, document, and maintain quality control standards and ongoing quality objectives.
• Partner with the General Manager to coordinate objectives which maximize product quality and reliability while minimizing costs.
• Create, document, and implement inspection criteria and procedures.
• Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes.
• Maintain an active role on internal continuous improvement teams.
• Interact with engineering and purchasing departments regarding vendor quality issues.
• Adhere to applicable company and regulatory EH&S standards.
• Ensure that The Mersino Way is a guiding document in daily activities.
