Qualifications

• Current enrollment in undergrad or graduate degree.
• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Industrial/Engineering Management, Data Analytics or related field.
• Demonstrated academic achievement and interest in process improvement, technical problem solving and supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Support BIQ framework on the shop floor with improved daily defect tracking and real-time problem solving.
• Assist in visual management projects including MRB layout and tracking, Non-Conformance identification, Scrap containment, and Shipping submission and flow.
• Work with Quality, Process, and Product engineers on trials for process improvements and new equipment installations.
