Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a hands-on manufacturing supervisor to lead about 25 union employees on the production floor in California. You will coach the team, drive GMP compliance and quality programs, and partner with other functions to solve daily challenges while maintaining high safety standards.

The role may require second or third shift support, with a focus on continuous improvement and regulatory alignment. A valid US work authorization and driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team of ~25 union associates on a manufacturing floor.
• Knowledge of GMP, sanitation, documentation, and recordkeeping.
• Able to work second or third shift as needed.
• Indefinite right to work in the United States required.
• Valid driver’s license; good driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of ~25 union associates on the manufacturing floor.
• Drive food safety and quality programs, including GMP compliance and documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Operations, Sanitation, and Maintenance.
• Motivate the team to meet short- and long-term goals while ensuring safety.
