Job summary

Allient Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This role develops and sustains manufacturing processes to meet customer requirements while achieving quality, throughput, and cost objectives.

The candidate will lead implementation of processes, drive process control documentation, and provide data-driven insights to management. Strong communication and 6 Sigma/Lean exposure are a plus for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; equivalent years of experience accepted.
• 2–8 years of related experience in manufacturing/quality.
• GMP, ISO 9001/IS0 9001, AS9100 knowledge required.
• Six Sigma and/or Lean manufacturing training a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Defines and leads implementation of new manufacturing processes.
• Applies engineering and validation principles to process design and sustainability.
• Develops processes to be robust, aiming for zero defects.
• Supports design projects representing manufacturing/quality and customer.
• Documents procedures for process control, improvements, testing and inspection.
