Visionworks is seeking a Manufacturing & Quality Assurance Engineer in Texas to plan, organize, and prioritize maintenance across the lab network. You will support shared services, test new technologies, and train staff to maintain high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in coating, finishing, surfacing, or maintenance operations.
• Experience leading and training staff on technical equipment.
• Experience with computerized machine control equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and prioritize maintenance of lab network equipment and processes.
• Support implementation of shared services and databases for equipment.
• Train and evaluate staff to meet performance and quality standards.
• Lead cost-reduction projects involving production machinery and processes.
