Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a Quality Engineer to manage and ensure product quality in our manufacturing facility located in Redding, California. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures while collaborating with plant engineers and line technicians.

You will enjoy a hands-on experience, with a strong emphasis on maintaining product quality and a safe work environment. This position offers a competitive salary range of $65k-$90k, based on experience, along with a variety of benefits.

Qualifications

• 0-10 years of experience required.
• Internship or co-op experience is preferred.
• Enjoy hands-on product exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures.
• Spend 95% of the day on the manufacturing floor implementing quality solutions.
• Accept total responsibility for product quality.
