Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role.
• Proven experience with Kaizen, standard work, and structured problem-solving tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes.
• Lead and participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain standard work instructions for production processes.
