Job summary

CaptiveAire Systems, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer to help maintain total quality and training across multiple product lines within the manufacturing facility. This role is focused on ensuring quality on the production floor and driving improvements with the plant team.

Collaborate with plant engineers and line technicians to enhance production processes and build quality into every unit, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4-year technical degree in electrical, electronics or mechanically oriented curriculum.
• Internship/co-op experience is preferred.
• Electrical skills and experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Work with Quality Manager to develop and implement QA/QC procedures.
• 95% of the workday on the manufacturing floor implementing quality solutions and major projects.
• Accept total responsibility for product quality including procured and in-house parts, assembly, testing and packaging.
• Maintain continuous improvement with Kaizen mindset.
