Job summary

Amphenol Aerospace Operations seeks a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives in its Sidney, NY facility. You will identify, resolve, and eliminate quality issues within designated manufacturing departments and drive continuous improvement through corrective actions and data-driven metrics.

The role requires strong knowledge of ISO-9001 and AS-9100, plus experience in an industrial environment. Occasional travel to sister facilities is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering is required.
Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis is essential.
Proven computer literacy and familiarity with manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

Analyze quality concerns with assigned manufacturing departments.
Identify and address significant quality problems and repetitive issues.
Initiate and verify effectiveness of formal corrective actions.
Maintain knowledge of ISO-9001, AS-9100, and Amphenol Quality Manual.
