Schneider Electric is seeking a motivated individual for the position of Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our Plant II team at our new medium-voltage Engineer-to-Order (ETO) campus in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. This role is designed for a professional with experience in manufacturing quality who can drive problem-solving, enhance process performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The position focuses on improving product quality, reducing variation, and contributing to operational excellence through data-driven decision-making.
This position is part of a plant ramp-up initiative and will play a key role in establishing processes, supporting operational growth, and driving successful production scale-up from day one.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
