Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Site Lead to drive operational excellence at the Mt Juliet, Tennessee facility. You will lead manufacturing operations, champion a strong safety culture, and ensure delivery of high-quality engineered-to-order products while partnering with stakeholders to build a high-performing team.

You will oversee manufacturing, quality, lean, order engineering, procurement, finance and HR functions, setting site-level strategies and driving improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, industrial management, or related field.
  • Minimum of eight years of manufacturing leadership experience with direct people and operations responsibility.
  • Strong business acumen including budgeting, strategic planning, and resource management.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing systems, equipment, and technical operations.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety standards, quality systems, lean manufacturing, and inventory management.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional changes and communicate effectively at all levels.

Job description

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Site Lead to support the manufacturing operations at our Mt Juliet 1, Tennessee facility. This is a new facility that will support our continued growth in the region. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, fostering a strong safety culture, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality engineered-to-order products. The Site Lead will play a critical role in supporting business growth and partnering with a variety of stakeholders while developing a high-performing, engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support aspects of plant operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with business leadership to support profitable growth through effective operations planning and execution.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, sales, and customers.

What qualifications will help you succeed in this role?

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 168,800 - USD 253,200 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full‑time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
