HBK Hottinger Brüel & Kjaer (HBK) seeks a Manufacturing & Quality Engineer to drive excellence across assembly, test, calibration, and inspection activities. The Manufacturing & Quality Engineer is responsible for driving manufacturing excellence and quality performance across HBK's production operations. This role supports the manufacture of highly precise sensing, data acquisition, and test & measurement products by improving processes, reducing waste, enhancing product reliability, and ensuring compliance with quality management system requirements. The Manufacturing & Quality Engineer partners closely with Production, R&D Engineering, Supply Chain, Calibration, and Quality teams to support new product introductions, resolve manufacturing challenges, improve yields, and deliver products that meet customer expectations for performance and reliability. Must be a US Citizen
The pay range for this position is $100,000 to $115,000 annually plus a potential yearly bonus of 10%. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.
