Performs pre-calibration and calibration duties per the product specifications Utilizes specialized pre-calibration software All work reviewed and certified by a Calibration Technician III or Higher Performs error-free production testing in an assigned area with limited cross-functional interface Measures and records data per work instruction requirements and documents nonconformance Provides daily support to meet the production demand Maintains a clean and safe work environment Assists other Calibration Technicians and other departments, on an as-needed basis Performs other duties as assigned.

Professional Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in electromechanical assembly. Must be able to read and understand assembly drawings. Advanced schematic reading and ability to troubleshoot cable assemblies. Advanced reading, writing, and shop math skills. Experience soldering miniature parts under a microscope. Use of simple hand tools such as crimpers and ovens. IPC-A-620 certification.

Personal Skills

High school diploma or equivalent Must be accurate and organized with high attention to detail Good communication, reading, writing, and math skills Knowledge of electronic principles Must be a local candidate.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $22.00 to $25.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.
