Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our global team. You will help ensure high-quality products supporting critical energy infrastructure and work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to strengthen quality systems and drive continuous improvement.

You will interpret drawings and specifications, analyze data, and support processes to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate quality documentation and inspection records.
Assist with audits, corrective actions, and non-conforming material controls.
Promote a culture of quality through training and awareness initiatives.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements.

Your Background

Associate degree or equivalent experience in Business Operations, Engineering, Quality, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or manufacturing operations preferred.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence positive outcomes.

Demonstrated ability to resolve quality issues efficiently and effectively.
