Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Leadership or people-development experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives using data.
