Job summary

Environmental Air Systems (EAS) is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead and scale the QC program across multiple sites. You will develop checklists, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with industry standards while coordinating with engineering, production, and project management teams.

You will mentor inspectors, optimize inspection processes, and drive continuous improvement to meet milestones and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field; relevant experience may be substituted.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control management or production management.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing quality control programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quality Control Inspectors across all sites.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a standardized Quality Control Program across all sites.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to product quality, defect rates, and inspection efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Schedule and manage inspection activities to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and production teams to update checklists based on changes.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance to align with QMS and customer requirements.
• Generate regular quality performance reports for senior management.
