Job summary

Graham Packaging seeks a Quality Manager to lead the plant's quality program across production and logistics, ensuring GMP compliance and driving continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in quality, at least five years of quality supervisory experience in manufacturing, and strong communication skills with a collaborative approach. Travel up to 25% may be required.

• Minimum five years in quality supervisory/management in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and enforce safety, health, quality GMP and company policies.
• Understand and interpret customer requirements and translate into manufacturing specs.
• Manage customer complaint response and track effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Define and monitor systems to ensure GMPs, certifications, sanitation and audits.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales and Customer Service as needed.
• Work with suppliers to define requirements and ensure conformance.
• Develop and monitor process control points and improve defect elimination.
