You will ensure accurate purchasing, maintain inventory levels, and resolve issues to keep production running smoothly.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal customers and suppliers, attention to detail, and effective communication to support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with financial and transactional processes.
• Detail oriented with careful records.
• Record-keeping and process documentation.
• Able to work in a mixed office/manufacturing environment.
• Willing to long days, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, source, and manage floor stock and consumables.
• Purchase of office supplies, PCBA manufacturing parts, and MRO materials.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships.
• Monitor vendor delivery and quality performance.
• Set inventory levels and maintain stock to support manufacturing.
• Process purchase orders, packing slips, invoices, and related docs.
• Escalate delivery or quality issues.
• Identify continuous improvement strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain processes and reporting for responsible items.
