PFI Instore in Owensville, MO is seeking a Purchaser to support purchasing and procurement activities for materials, supplies, and services. You will work with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective orders and accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years purchasing experience, and familiarity with MRP/ERP systems. Proficiency in Excel and supplier relationship skills are essential; manufacturing experience is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years purchasing or procurement experience required.
• 3–5+ years purchasing, procurement, manufacturing, or supply chain experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain purchase orders for materials, supplies, equipment, and other purchasing requirements.
• Research, evaluate, interview, and communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing, specifications, availability, and delivery information.
• Review, review and compare supplier quotations to support purchasing decisions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and other purchasing requirements with suppliers when appropriate.
• Maintain purchasing records and documentation; manage PO within the MRP system.
