Yoh Staffing's client in Austin, TX seeks a Manufacturing Project Manager for an onsite, first-shift contract opportunity. Typical pay is $30–$34 per hour, with medical benefits and 401(k) available.

The role requires 2+ years of manufacturing and project management experience and a bachelor's degree is preferred. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, documenting program stages, leading readiness reviews, communicating status and risks to stakeholders, managing change

Responsibilities

• Effectively work with other staff to maximize productivity for the project / program.
• Ensure that all phases of project, program and/or process development are documented and that information required in other functional areas is reported, disseminated, or transferred, as appropriate.
• Lead regular program reviews, readiness assessments, and risk management discussions.
• Communicate program status, risks, mitigation plans, and executive updates to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Engage with BOM uploads/CP requests and manage change control documents.
• Launch schedule CRF and update PUSH/DROP as applicable.
• Manage and track system ship dates and update related trackers.
• Close CRFs when approvers are last in the chain.
• Issue delivery notes for completed projects.

Manufacturing Project Manager (ONSITE)

Contract opportunity with Yoh Staffing's client working in Austin, TX.

• Pay Rate: $30-34/hr
• ONSITE in Austin
• FIRST SHIFT

What You'll Be Doing:

• Effectively work with other staff to maximize productivity for the project / program.
• Ensure that all phases of project, program and/or process development are documented and that information required in other functional areas is reported, disseminated, or transferred, as appropriate.
• Lead regular program reviews, readiness assessments, and risk management discussions.
• Communicate program status, risks, mitigation plans, and executive updates to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Effectively engage with driving BOM uploads/CP request
• Launch schedule CRF (change request form) and update PUSH/DROP if applicable.
• Manage and track system ship dates and update the system push pout tracker accordingly.
• Close CRFs when project manager are the last approvers.
• Issue Delivery notes for completed projects.
• Paperwork refresher on systems that have been sitting in FGI but are approaching their ship date,
• Establish and coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Test Engineering, Quality, Product Engineering, Operations, and Program Management
• Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents

Required:

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience in a production environment
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
