Job summary

Trillium Flow Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager in Fresno, CA to lead cross-functional projects that improve operational performance and product quality. Handle projects from concept to completion, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction.

The role collaborates with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
3–5 years of project management experience in manufacturing/engineering
Experience with ERP/MRP, MS Project, and Excel
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders

Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing projects from initiation to implementation within scope, schedule, and budget
Develop detailed plans, timelines, and resource estimates
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain
Analyze processes and metrics to identify productivity and cost improvements
Facilitate meetings and report status to leadership
Ensure compliance with safety, ISO standards, and customer requirements
Manage supplier activity and communications
